Quality and service is not always price driven

Placed an order for delivery and ensured that the specific religious/dietary requirements were included. Even if you have an allergy a person will always ensure that they don't leave out important details. We order the butter paneer which was not that reasonably priced. Upon opening the order, we were horrified to see small pieces of paneer that was cut up even further. There was more gravy than anything else and it was soaking in alot of oil. Totally unappetizing. What could be worse when you have waited so long for the order and you are really hungry. Contacted the restaurant who refused to take any responsibility. The person taking the call could barely comprehend English. Instead of telling us that we could get a refund, as we were willing to take the order back untouched, the person was rude. Nor did he attempt to say that a new order would be prepared. My spouse was furious as the food had to be given away and we lost out on the money spent. This would be our first and last time ordering from an establishment that lacks service delivery, and is not customer driven. Perhaps a lesson in food preparation needs to be taught. Customer service is of utmost importance, always.
