Poor telephone skills and service

At about 23h45 i phone the mentioned guest house to look for accommodation for a couple. Yes it was late night; however if you have a guest house, lodge or hotel service and you do not have a night service why is the phone on and not answered by voice mail. The lady that answered the phone was so rude and in my life i will never refer any guest of mine to the mentioned place.
