Palisade Fence not Galvanized as quoted for!

On 14-June-2018 we requested a quote from Electric Fence Cape Town trading as "Palisade Fence" - The scope of work was to replace three Galvanized fence sections at the "Rietvlei Park Town house complex". A deposit was paid and the fence was checked after installation by a trustee on 26-June-2018. The non-technical trustee reported that all was in order. On the 29-June-2018 I (chairman) notice discolouration. This turned out to be rust - the fence was never galvanized as requested and stated in the quote. 2-July-2018 Palisade apologise and agree to follow up and rectify. No action ever taken by the company even after many subsequent emails. The Body Corporate decides to send a lawyer's letter at a cost of R1 500.00 which was sent on 07-November-2018, which Electric Fence ignore. This company are a disgrace to the trade. I would strongly recommend not using them at all.
