Unhappy Customer

What ever you do DO NOT use this company. I ordered some palisade fencing to be put onto of our wall. Terms were 75% upfront and balance on delivery. The price included transport to KZN however Matthew Anderson ,who I now know is the director of the company, stated that the transport price was too low and his boss did not want the company bakkie used and it would be better if I arranged collection as I suggested at the start. That was not the issue, the transporters all asked if the order was palletized. I asked Matthew and he said he could palletize but then he didnt have a forklift or pallet jack to load onto the transporter. Matthew then sent a watsap saying his boss has agreed to transporting the order with their bakkie but I would have to pay additional costs ie accommodation. Long story short I decided to rather arrange for a transporter to collect who would palletize and send. This is where everything went bad. Matthew refused to let the transporter check without me paying the balance which now was just over R300 as the transport had been deducted. He was extremely aggressive and rude in his watap saying if R300 is a problem leave the goods, end of discussion , you decide. After this he blocked my number. The only communication now is via email. He now has my money and the palisade and is now trying to ****** money for wages, lawyer consultation etc. If you want another review on this person and company look at Fullmetalworks / palisadeandfencing.co.za review on Hello Peter.
