Red focus ...collection of vehicle - FALSE PROMISE

Ford focus HJM 702 MP.... URGENT<br> <br> My car was booked last year and the Co was closing, the guy called me and said they will start fixing this car on the 4th.... And he also said that it was not badly damaged and the car will be done by two weeks....i agreed as I told him that I don't have a car to travel to work...<br> <br> I have just received a very bad service from your company....I was advised that the car was ready for collection today and I called yesterday to confirm... today the manager called me and told me that they ordered incorrect parts.... And the car will be ready by next week..... I told the man that I need the car to use it on Monday to work,.... And for him to tell me that on the last day that my car is not done is unprofessional and disgusting....and yet i called yesterday and he confirm that today i will get my car...<br> <br> We have been communicating since last week and now he claims that incorrect radiator was ordered.,.,... yesterday he confirm that all the parts have been delivered, he just needs to insert the radiator that's all....<br> <br> Please can you look into this urgently.... I will need my car by tomorrow... Monday I have to go to work.<br> <br>
