Unhappy - Palfinger Cranes cost me Millions

i would like to review the following company called ; Palfinger Crane in South Africa. Crane was shipped from Palfinger Australia. ( Head office)

I have brought a crane from them 15 years ago (PK 15 500 ) and was happy . 6 years ago i bought the PK 23 500 that does the same work as the PK 15 500 but with extra extensions, it has a react of 10.8 meters. instead of 6 meters of the PK 15 500.

My PK 23 500 with the same basic boom structure with 3 extra extensions to cover the max. reach of 10.8 meters . Due to the extra extensions the bigger crane has to cover the extra length to offload the tailor without off hooking the tailor and/or to reach the back of the tailor for on and offloading of bricks.( Pallets) The basic structure of the PK 23 500 witch is suppose to be a bigger by 8 Tons of the PK 15 500. As this crane does the same work as the PK 15 500 the life span of THE BASIC STRUCTURE is suppose to be the same on both of these cranes. PK 23 500 is a much stronger crane structure wise and there for suppose to handle the same and/or more loads.This is where the problem accrued. The first structural basic boom part SNAP at year 6. Palfinger agreed that this is not normal and not suppose to happen and had all sort of excuses. Year 7 the second basic boom structural part also broke.... I had a long distinction with Palfinger and said that they sold me a bigger crane to handle the distance to offload but the structural boom part of the crane is not able to handle all the extensions to get to the max. reach and there fore both structural boom parts broke. Palfinger inst willing to assist in the structural brake downs. This is my concern as the crane was sold to me to handle these max loads and has the same lifespan than the smaller crane.

This is not the case. I have spend in brake downs , repairs and maintenance an amount of R629 927 .86 over a period of 7 years. Due to Palfingers lack of response and communication on this matter, i am totally unhappy as the crane cost me over a 1.1 million rand including the cost of the crane. I have bought a second crane PK 23 500 crane plus min year and a halve ago and therefore request Palfinger to take back the second crane and return my money. As this is under warranty and was sold to me to have the same lifespan than the smaller crane. I also request Palfinger assist with the structural brake down of the first crane so that i can repair it and sell it to go buy 2 dive rent cranes for a dive rent supplier that structural boom part are able to handle the loads over the correct lifespan it should have.
