Unsatisfied Customer Who loves Honchos but got disappointed

I would give it zero if it was possible. On the 28th of October 2023 I bought 2 box meal that cost R40 each and a chicken and cheese wrap for R24 It came with an upsize meal for R20 at Honchos Paledi Mall. The chicken from the box meal was really dry and tough like a cardboard box with some source on it and wrap was burnt and tasteless, I think because the chicken was a bit old or maybe its because most food outlets serve left over food in the morning since I went there in the morning and I experienced some stomach problems. I wrote an email to *** as I couldn't find a specific email for Honchos Paledi mall and they never rep****.
