Outstanding Customer experience

Called a shop Assist at Palazzo Pitti (Mandela Square) , asking if the SALE was still on and was happy to know it still is, my husband and I got there only to find that the Roccobarocco sneaker I came for was sold and it was my size, I broke down...BUT the same sales assistance came to my rescue with the better version of the same sneaker, I was sold because he at the end of the day made me so happy and his service was impeccable 🤞🏽👌🏽We as customers need more workers like him.
