UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I bought online sneakers on the 24 of September 2024 but they told me it's sold out. So i asked them to refund but they never refund me and they just took my bank details for nothing cause it didn't get refund. Mxm I hate that store I will never buy from them, they provide us with poor service. Refund me my money
