Third party claim

I have submitted a claim.and have had to.constantly follow up and nothing has happened. I was told I would be assIgned a consultant to deal with me but til.today I.don't know who to follow up with. It's been.3 months and my car is still damaged. I feel badly treated.the 3rd party was wrong but it's as if I caused the accident.I need my claim processed.
