Shocking attitude and so rude

Shocking experience, I phoned with regards to a 3rd party claim due to ambulance damaging my vehicle “one of their clients”. The staff “Iris” and another staff member who I spoke to was so rude and wouldn’t even let me finish what I was saying. I then get sent the final payment which they are willing to pay after waiting 5 months, and it is several thousand below the quoted amount even after I had it dropped from the initial amount by the panelbeaters. And now it has taken so long since the claim was placed and parts prices have gone up, and now they tell me they need to re get the assessor in to review the prices and claim and then only can adjust it. And when I ask how long will it take to do this, they rudely tell me they don’t know, and I ask can they give me feedback by Friday (3days time) they tell me no they can’t give me a given time. 5months and counting and still no where near to getting my car back!!
