RUDE PALADIN EMPLOYEE

I phoned wanting to follow up if had he received the email I sent him yesterday since he didn't respond regarding my car claim as i was told by his colleague that he will be handling my claim. He responded that he hasn't checked his email and I MUST BE JOKING IF I SENT AN EMAIL YESTERDAY AND I WANT A RESPOND TODAY. He will get back to me when he has time to look at it. I than call back requesting to speak to the manager but she was off, receptionist lady asked if can she help than i told her what had happened and I will report the matter to HELLO PETER because he was just rude. After i dropped the call i received a missed call from the company number, I called back to find out who had call the receptionist than the receptionist told me that it might have been Luthando because when I was speaking to her he was just next to her. When she had put me through to him he pretended that he was returning the call and never even try to apologize for being rude to me earlier, I told him how he was so rude to me than he said how was he so rude.

Hello Maleeh,

I think the first thing that we would say is the we do not tolerate rudeness in any form and if anything that was said by our employee which you have construed to be rudeness, then we apologise unreservedly. I think that it would help if we established just who you are. You are insured by Outsurance and have been involved in an incident which may or may not have involved our insured. You have decided not to claim from your own insurance but to proceed with a claim in common law against our insured. You wrote an email to us as 16.04 on Friday 29 January and then phoned a few minutes later to ask what we were doing about the matter. Our employee then correctly stated that he had not had time to look at the email but he would do so and reply in due course. In your comment you refer to the email having been sent the previous day. This is clearly incorrect and it would appear that you are confused. Our insured has yet to report this incident to us and as such we are unable to assist you at this time. We would suggest that in the interests of speed, you allow your own insurers to deal with the matter and they will look to our insured for a recovery.
