How can you even justify this??

Your customer smashed into the back of me at a red light. The panel beaters charged us R35k and R40k respectively for the damages and you want to pay R8k in my bank account and leave me with the damages. How is this fair and just of an insurer? Pathetic customer service and feedback from the start and this took 4 months to sort out.
