I have an outstanding claim for an motor vehicle accident. The Responsible Party's Insurance company is Paladin Underwriting Managers. Paladin staff will pick up the phone, put it on the desk and you get to listen to their background noise. Twice this has occurred and it is over 2 months that they have not resolved our vehicle claim when a Fidelity Guard vehicle reversed into our car. Shocking.
