Palacebet bonus, beware

Be careful, I deposited R1500 and got a R375 bonus. I went up to R18000, tried to cash out and didn't work. I then tried to call over 8 times holding 10 mins plus each time. I then used the support chat on the website, got hold of them. They said need I need to turnover another R5000. I then lost down to R10000 still couldn't cash out then down to R5000 and still not. Every time I asked they said I need to play another R2500 odd. I even went down to R1300 which is less than my deposit and still couldn't cash out. Requested manager to call and no manager available. I have screenshots of all the above as evidence.
