Poor service hotel

we ahve bookd here through offbeat holiday club and we arrived on monday the the 3rd for our honeymoon to our suprised we were book on one of the uncleaned room whereby the guest just left the whole room like that they the hotel did not do anything abouth it. theyve then moved us to another one where we requested that as much as they camt clean it daily but our bedding should be done daily i can now tell you we are staying on a dirty room with unchanged linen for 7 days and they call it a palace

if you wanna come to this hotel please thnink again as its not for a holiday stay but for a day durban visit ..all they know best to do is we apologise but do nothing about it
