Overcharging on an agreed price & rude behavior!

Absolutely disgusted with the distasteful treatment and service by the manager, Johan at the Menlyn Park branch. He insists the customer was called and spoken to, but on the back of their card it clearly states that the number was unavailable on that specific day. Additionally, we were required to pay an additional fee for a courier service of which we were not informed of before sending the suitcase in. Rightfully, I believe that the customer should be informed of ALL costs before having a service done. I had explained this to him and he remained argumentative and profusely rude stating that it is still payable despite not being informed of this upfront.

I believe that they have gone against the Consumer Protection Act - Section 15.
