Colour stained POLO handbags and blame on customer

I am a not so proud owner of 7 Polo handbags, all purchased from Pakwells (whom have the right to sell POLO SA handbags). In the last year, two of my white polo handbags got stained. The staining was caused by my Guess Jean rubbing of on the handbag while walking. My resent Polo shoulder bag (two weeks old) turned completely blue and even the black shoulder strap (of the bag itself) rubbed of on the side of the bag due to the bag moving while walking, staining the sides of the bag completely black. When I went to return the bag at Pakwells the manager blamed me for the stain, stating that according to their Supplier: POLO SA all POLO handbags get stained by clothes. Pakwells refused to give me a refund. I am furious about this horrible service offering received from Pakwells and POLO. I am appalled that the client (me) and Guess got the blame for fabric stains caused by wearing and walking around with a handbag. Why is it that POLO handbags will get stained during use, but Aldo, Guess and other handbags remain in good condition for over 10 years of use? Is POLO using cheap material to cut cost and then charging up to R2500.00 for a handbag? I demand a response!!!!!
