Pakco Cook-In-Sauces Quality issue

I recently bought a number of packs of Pakco Cook-In-Sauce Durban Curry.

I was horrified to see that many of the packs had leaked over my groceries resulting me in having to throw many of my groceries away as this has leaked over my groceries and the smell is really difficult to rid.

I am very very upset that 1. Pakco quality of wrapping is such that every single package failed 2. the fact that if I didnt notice this I would have eaten this and become horribly sick 3. This resulted in me having to throw away many foodstuffs 4. I had to throw away all the Pakco cook in sauces that I bought, see pics below 5. I have stained and smelly cupboards.

Pakco's customer services was contacted twice, once on 31 Jan 2024 and again on 23 Feb 2024 and no one bothered to acknowledge or respond.
