BB date expired

Pakco pickles have been our favorite for a long time. Around the 21st April 2024, I bought a bottle of chunky mango pickle from Makro cornubia together with my other.grocery items and I didn't notice the date on the bottle of the pickle. I.opened the bottle on the Monday, 1 week later only to.find.that the mangoes were looking very pale like it's gone off Or over soaked. So.i immediately looked at the.date and BB was 01/10/2023. The care into preparation of the products have really deteriorated over the recent years. Lots of other issues experienced over recent months, but unfortunately this particular incident left me in low hopes of purchasing pakco products again. I can't even understand why Makro would keep expired items on the shelves. I have also written a complaint to Makro customer service in this regard. Hoping to get some positive feedback
