<p>****TY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT PAIONI @ PAROW CENTRE!!!!</p> <p>On the 30 July I walked into the salon for the first time to quote the style and colour from a picture on my phone and the stylist responds R450 which I believed not having any knowledge about the prices as I haven't been to the salon in ages , impressed by the set-up and prices I decide to book myself for the following Saturday 6th August and my mother as well for 15:00pm the lady at reception randomly booked me in takes my name and number and tells me I can leave. I get there Saturday 6 August ten minutes before the booking (by the way that my "stylist" did not confirm if I am on my way) I arrive and RECEPTION asks me my stylist name WHICH THEY DID NOT PROVIDE WHEN BOOKING ME. They checked the book and Lucinda was my stylist who came to me shocked TOTALLY UNAWARE SHE HAD ME BOOKED when I explained to them what I want they had no idea what I wanted and informed me the PAIONI STYLIST QUOTED ME INCORRECT PRICE...NOW WHO'S FAULT IS THAT IF I AM A NEW CUSTOMER? and to finish it off they stared blankly at me as if there was nothing they could do to correct this situation and said "sorry'...This place I was impressed with I found COMPLETELY PUTRID. There was no manager | stood there with stylists staring at me as if i was a idiot after I spent money getting to the mall and back all for nothing leaving the salon UNCOMFORTABLE, UNSATISFIED, EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD ALONG WITH MY MOTHER AS IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY GIFT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE DONE THERE ...THANK YOU PAIONI TEAM FOR WASTING MY TIME AND GIVING ME ****TY SERVICE AND MAKING ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT WHILE YOU WERE AT IT!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE AARRGGHHH ...</p>
