Paintmaster - Paint-ripoff

Still awaiting any form of feedback since January 2018. A whole year for someone to even correspond with me.

Paintmaster was contracted to the complex in which I resided to replace old window frames. A one day process took more than a week. When the last set of windows was being replaced none of the usual care was taken and my apartment was an absolute mess. The site manager, Cheslyn Karele, expressed his disappointment at the workers error and assured me that Paintmaster will take responsibility for cleaning up. He suggested I get a company in and forward him the invoice. Which I did. Which has not been reimbursed a year later.
