Poor management mistreats employees and poor workmanship

Unprofessional, untidy half done work and terrible management very rude to the employees.

Manager and workers working under the influence of alcohol after being called back three times to complete unfinished work, working with noisy equipment 23H00 at night in a residential setting, workers are given no direction on the job at hand and had to ask what needs to be done multiple times while the manager, Leon, just drops the off and leaves.

The workers are good at what they do but management leaves a lot to be desired and work is not completed because short cuts are taken and then employees are blamed and sworn at for poor management guidance.
