(1) EMAIL 1 SENT ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2025: To Whom It May Concern, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring something to your attention that may help explain if the painters raise concerns about not being able to meet their deadline. Please see attached video. I’ve noticed on several occasions that it often takes two men to paint a single door—one actively painting, while the other is simply standing by without assisting, except for keeping the painter company. He could've done something else to be productive. Additionally, I’ve been told by others that the painters sometimes spend time chatting with residents in the other blocks when they are supposed to be working. These patterns may be contributing to slower progress than expected. I thought it important to let you know so that you have a clearer picture of what might be causing delays. Kind regards, David -- (2) EMAIL 2 SENT ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2025: To Whom It May Concern, I hope this message finds you well. As you know, your team is currently working on the painting project here at Gordon Sands. While we appreciate the work being done, I would like to raise a concern regarding some of the workers’ conduct. Attached is a photo of one such incident where workers were observed engaging in personal conversations with residents instead of focusing on their tasks. In this particular instance, the interaction appeared questionable, and it has raised concerns among residents about professionalism and the company’s reputation. Security has confirmed that video footage of this incident is available should you wish to review it. I kindly ask that you investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that workers remain professional while on site. This will help maintain both the efficiency of the project and the good name of your company. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, David -- (3) EMAIL 2 SENT ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2025: To Whom It May Concern, I hope this email finds you well. Several residents have approached me regarding a white cross that has recently been painted on the tree next to the container where the painters store their equipment (please see attached photo). Understandably, this has raised a number of concerns and speculations among residents, including unfounded rumors about a possible death or even the burial of a pet. Some have mentioned contacting the health inspector, which could escalate unnecessary tension within our community. From my observations and based on feedback from residents, it appears likely that the cross may have been painted by the painting team currently on site. If this is indeed the case, it is deeply concerning as such conduct is unprofessional, disrespectful, and amounts to vandalism. We have residents of diverse faiths and beliefs living in Gordon Sands, and displaying a symbol of this nature in such a prominent place is inappropriate and inconsiderate. It is visible to everyone entering and exiting the complex and has already caused considerable discomfort. I therefore urge you to address this matter with the relevant parties as soon as possible. If the painting contractors are responsible, they should be instructed to remove the cross immediately and ensure that no similar incidents occur in future. It is also the responsibility of the site manager to monitor and prevent such actions from happening on our premises. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. We trust that it will be resolved swiftly in the best interests of our community. Kind regards, David -- (4) EMAIL 2 SENT ON NOVEMBER 5, 2025: Good day everyone. It has come to our attention that there are PAINTEMPIRE employees still on the premises going around charging a certain amount to paint resident's doors. They deliberately skipped the inside part only to return and then charge then wrongfully charge the residents to have the inside of the door painted so they could pocket the money. We were under the impression that they are finished but now we hear they are still walking around and asking people for money to do a paint job, something we as residents are not supposed to pay. PAINTEMPIRE advertise about their professionality, but if they're not busy vandalising certain parts of the complex, such as the tree incident, painting on windows without to bother to clean it, or pretending that their busy by standing in small groups of 4-5 people doing a one man job wasting time and money, but they have to be in groups so that they can chat the whole time and still go on tea and lunch breaks, they walk around charging people money which they're not allowed to do. The recent event was an elderly lady. She said she felt no need to pay for this, but the man was insisting and her gate was open. TO BE CONTINUED ..
