Disappointing & sad experience

I am beyond disappointed in this place. Like the previous review stated, they start out in a friendly manner. BUT I've unfortunatly experienced an unpleasant, and yes, rather emotional, experience through them. I have been emailing & messaging them for 9 months now. I had a piece done a while ago, and need it to be completed, as well as a severe touch up on another piece. (If I could attach a photo, I would). I don't like giving bad reviews, but I really don't want another person to have to feel the disappointment I feel.
