Paintec bad service - still waiting after two weeks and no replies via email

I ordered 2K aerosol paint from Paintec on Mon, 1 Aug. The quote said it will take 24 hr to mix the paint and send it via Postnet. I paid immediately. It has not been 14 days (15 Aug) and I still haven't received the Postnet tracking number after asking for it twice via email and twice via Facebook messenger. I've also phoned them on Friday and they promised to call back. Nothing. I am not sure whether it is just bad communication or whether they forgot to post it. I am still waiting and my project is now two weeks behind.
