Pathetic Service

I've been a customer here for just over 6 years, and for the past year or 2 I have been getting very bad service from both the front desk as well as the guy who mixes the paint. On several occasions I have had to drive back and forth because the colour requested was either too light or too dark. And when I request to speak to the manager, there is always the same response, he is not available.<br> <br> What happened to the customer is always right? I am the one contributing to their salaries, without customers their doors would close. I am taking my business and money elsewhere where customers comes first and are treated with respect. The staff here all needs Customer Service Training, coz they treat their customers like ****.
