Poor Communication / Feedback
Ordered 2 paintings from the company on Wednesday and have been trying to get hold of them since Thursday morning, but have had no response. All I am trying to find out if the goods have left their premises, who the courier is and what the waybill number is, will then follow up myself. Starting to worry that I will not be receiving my paintings and have lost my money,

After almost two weeks, I finally received my order :) After completing 6 of the numbers, I realised something was terribly wrong, as there were colours in places that shouldn't have a certain colour (for example dark pink at the top of a green leaf). To my surprise, the canvas was numbered incorrectly and would have looked horrific, if I finished it in the way it was numbered. I then had to sit for a whole day and re-number the whole canvas, to the printed page you get with the canvas (and also to notice that some of the sections were missing from the canvas). Not sure if this is knock off canvasses or miss prints or what is wrong, but was not fun to sit and figure it all out. Now the stress begins, as I am not sure if I will even have enough paint left (according to box, you only get enough paint to complete the painting). Will definitely not buy from this company again.
