Paint by designs

I ordered 8 paintings from this company. All were delivered timeously, however, I discovered that the paint provided for one of the canvases were.dry. I emailed them and advised them asking if they could resend fresh paint. I did not hear from them. After advising that I was prepared to go to Facebook and Hellopeter with their service. They responded within minutes, advising that my emails had gone to SPAM, they apologized for the paint sent and said they would send a new painting. I am still waiting.
