Wrong Paint shade- Plascon

I have purchased 60Ltrs of Plascon Trade Pro Paint from a registered outlet in Pietermaritzburg and the choose a very specific colour ( Soldier 06-E2). After applying the first coat I notified the store that the colour has a pink tone. I was told to apply the second coat a leave it to dry and the colour would darken. Three weeks later its still pink and the Plascon representative insists that it matched the colour chart and to rectify it i need to be very specific when requesting a colour and discuss this with the store. Soldier is Soldier no matter what i discuss. The name soldier indicates a brown shade not pink. I am now stuck with a pink house. So disappointing that the professional Plascon rep couldn't verify his own brand colour. They may know paint but sure don't know colour.
