WORST QUALITY/SERVICE EVER

Worst experience ever. I waited over 2 months, and when I finally received my order the quality was terrible. The stitching was done poor and what I received was clearly not what was advertised. I sent her a message explaining everything and she had not rep****. When I finally decided I had enough I posted on my Instagram account about my experience. She finally rep**** and told me she would offer me a refund which would be done by the end of the week. ( my friends had also reposted my post and she then proceeded to tell me that she will be taking it further because my friends were bashing her account when all they were doing was reposting my story) It is 2 weeks later and still no refund. I’ve have been messaging every day since and still no reply
