Terrible customer service and order NEVER arrives

Ordered 4 months ago and still hasn’t arrived. I sent an email to ask for an ETA and no reply, I then messaged on their help Instagram page and got a reply once to say they’ll check and let me know the next morning. It’s been a month since and I’ve sent countless messages. Terrible customer service, and order NEVER arrives. Disgusting.
