POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, **** BUSINESS!

I ordered on the November 4th and I waited the 12-15 days I even gave her an extra week due to loadshedding delays. Then after that I sent message on top of message with either no response or a response a few days later. She said she dropped off some of the orders on the 19 November and some on the 21st November so I should definitely have it by the 26th which is the day I needed the clothes for, here am I on the 26th I cannot find my item on aramax, she keeps saying the item has not been loaded yet so then why say you dropped it off. She also kept giving excuses and offering discounts like I would want to order again! This is such a terrible business I do NOT RECOMMEND IT, the service, the communication, I have not received the items so I cannot comment on the quality. She was very quick to respond before I placed an order and now its radio silence. I say again DO NOT ORDER!
