NONEXISTANT CUSTOMER/DELIVERY SERVICE

I ordered one set on September 14th and waited a month before contacting this company. I then emailed them with no response, sent them a message to their instagram help page and then sent a message to their main instagram account, finally they responded on their main instagram simply claiming that they would find my tracking number and get back to me. I am basically messaging them everyday asking for information with no response. Suspiciously no phone number to contact and of course they don't offer refunds. Such a ****.
