DON'T RECOMMEND

It has been over three months and I still have not received my order. My mom also placed an order and received it just after two months, but the quality was shocking with all garmets of the same size not fittung the same or at all (Size chart on the website is the wrong one, we were sent a screenshot of the one on their Instagram stories). We seny yhrough measurements for the garmets to be made according to our sizes and have sent the first garmets back, after which we have not heard anything from Kayla again.

The only times we received updates about the orders was when I reached out to them and Kayla promised that the orders are to be sent out that week or that there are too many orders and was told that she is the only one running operations. In ky opinion, if the order volumes are too much more staff should be employed as overseas orders do not even take this long to deliver.

I have tried reaching out again numerous times over the past week to receive an update again and have not heard anything back. Customer service is lacking and the business does not honour promises made to clients.

Do not order from them.
