Caution. I’m still waiting for my order. No reply

I ordered a variety of loungewear items from them. It’s been over a month and I’ve received zero updates on my order. No tracking number, just a “please allow for up to 15 days” messaging. I’ve reached out through email and their queries page on Instagram and haven’t heard back. At this point I’m wondering if this is a ****. It’s so disappointing and I’m genuinely anxious about whether or not I’ll receive my order. Approach them with caution.
