misleading on information

I booked my self to paige botique paid cash for removal of stretch marks ,well been going for three weeks at this botique and not even a sign of stretch marks fading away .last weekend had a booked appointment and was only late with 15 minutes when I got there they told me they will reschedule my appointment for the next two weeks to come they don't want to do the setion for lesser time OK ,I left on my way got a wtsapp that they forfeited my appointment due to late coming while they the ones who insisted on rescheduling .I should have done the setion for that small time since it was still my hour that I paid for .this is so unprofessional angry nd unacceptable for a business ...angry
