Bad Service and Attitude

Started using and supplying their product. Contacting them for almost 3 months with emails and also via phone. got hold of them today and attitude was so bad saying we left them 38 emails with small enquiries. when we actually could not get hold of them to place orders. Once we talked to them their reply was that they now only supply big companies and not interested in our small companies. While with them on the phone Magda interrupted and said we are busy wasting their time and don't want to do business. My partner phoned back and while almost ten minutes with them on the phone just wanted to find out what exactly is going on Andrew puts down the phone in her ear. They promise you the moon and sun with their products and once you actually have so much business to order they never come back to you.
