Poor technical skills and service delivery: Mosaic Funeral Group Germiston

The machine keeps smearing magenta lines across the print media and every time they send out a technician (which can take days at at time, the longest we waited was two weeks) to fix it and it works for a few days then the problem just starts all over again. When ordering toner it takes days as well and the service desk is as helpful as a wet paper towel. Very poor service delivery and technical skills. I might as well take a course in servicing the Kyocera machine and fix it myself.
