Poor Service Delivery
Page Automation is our telecoms service provider. Since signing up at the beginning of the year, we cannot receive incoming calls, at least 3 days out of a 5 working day week. Every morning I have to test the line and inform them when it is not working. Using power outages as the reason is getting lame. I am so frustrated with the poor service and poor excuses. Hopefully they will wake up know when seeing their bad review on Hello Peter!

12 Mar 2019, 07:30Page Automation has resolved the issue within an acceptable time period. Since the matter has been addressed, we have had no further problems with good response and service delivery.
