Do Not Use this Business or Kyocera Printers!!!!

We would highly recommend not using this supplier or buy a Kyocera printer. We went through all specs to compare the Kyocera ECOSYS M5526cdw to the HP Colar Lazer Jet Pro MFP M479fnw.

The Kyocera was promising as some of the specs were the same or even better quality wise which was a big decision maker for our business.

Page Automation sent out a field tech three times to color calibrate printers to try and match the quality of the HP however he could only reach 90% color calibration. Kyocera is so **** that an hour after the tech left the machine returned back to its normal horrid quality as the tech mentioned the printers' drivers and software was unable to keep the required specs.

We then brought in our private IT guy to download a model specific driver which did not work on the printer. The field tech then installed a generic driver which oddly worked for a while.

Page Automation is absolute *******! The Sales, After Sales and Customer service is severely lacking. We had issues with our warranty on the machine as we purchased the items in July 2023 it should still fall under warranty however if we weren't willing to drive the machine to their offices they wouldn't assist unless we paid for the repair ourselves. What is the point of warranty then???

The only employee who we had no issues with was the field tech as he went out if his way to assist us.
