Insect in burger

While eating my burger I asked for chillies sauce she told me that they are still making it.... I couldn't wait longer because I was hungry while eating I found an insect in the food I told Thandie our waitress she then told me no its not an insect what it then if it wasn't. .. she did nothing about our complain and actacted aas if nothing happened. This is I call very bad customer service.... what about my hygiene and my health?
