I would like to comment my daughters trip to Sorbet Paddocks. She has just turned 17 and is a regular client of the salon. In the month of her birthday (June), she received an SMS offering her a 50%discount on a treatment. She booked a gel pedi. On completion of the treatment she was told that because she hadn’t registered she couldn’t get the discount ( but she received the SMS so how had she not registered?) they told her to register there at the till which she started doing. THEN, when they saw that she wasn’t 18, she was told that she didn’t qualify for the discount! R540 of her birthday money spent when it should only have been R270. TOTAL misrepresentation when she received notice of the discount. I will NEVER support them again!!

I am happy to say that Sorbet Paddocks has come back to us and apologised profusely for the bad experience had. They will use this as a learning tool so that it won’t happen again. Thank you Amy.
