Half done job, paid in full!!

Pad Panel Beaters left me with a car that its bonnet cannot open when they were fixing my car after an accident. they do half jobs and they have bad attitude after being paid. No integrity whatsoever. they gave me a car with a lose on one of the wheel and let me pay for my own petrol to go there. They asked to give them time to order the bonnet cable its been two months now. I cant get my car to open the bonnet and its highly risky at this point because water and oil cant be checked.
