PackNet disappointment

I am Itumetse Tumi Seema from Chabi S Supplies based in Aliwal North. I am very disappointed/ dissatisfied with the service I received from PackNet. I placed an order on Monday morning with Maria Mpesi and then upon receiving the quote I made the payment including transportation, with the expectation that I would've received my order before the long weekend. Unfortunately Maria had other ideas. She only sent out my order on Wednesday at 11am, now I will only be able to receive it after the long weekend. That a long weekend gone not being able to make sales that I so desparately need. I'm not happy with Packnet because they don't care about their clients or maybe it's only the small clients with little contribution to their bottom line.
