Packard Bell , worst computer I tried to work on.

Bought a brand new small laptop Packard Bell from Incredible Connection. The laptop keeps on hanging. Slow. Worst computer I've ever tried to work on. As I'm sitting here, I've switched it on, after that you wait a minute for the toolbar to load. If you open a window it just load and load and hang. Nothing. I will not refer anybody to buy a Packard Bell .
