no customer service

I had bought a Packard bell Montenero-c laptop through Incredible connections online, which was great. The problem is the customer service of Packard bell. the contact details on their website are not helpful, you call and call no one answers, even the support email they never respond, and it has been 2months of not being able to do work because my laptop is not working properly.
