SMART COPY paper is horrible

I bought A4 white printing paper and they sent me "'SMART COPY" paper which I do not know the manufacturer. This paper jams my machine and wastes four papers when I print one paper. I sent an email to Nishi and she did not reply. Today I called Nishi and she say she can exchange it but nobody ever complains about it. Who makes that horrible paper?
