Lack Of Service

Boxes were ordered for delivery on Friday 5 February 2016, I requested COD at the time of order, this was not a problem, later it became a problem as they said the courier company they used didnt want to take the cash. It then became too late in the day to make a EFT. Package was then to be delivered Monday 8th Feb and suppliers said it was ready for dispatch, they were just waiting for eft payment. EFT payment was made, supplier then sen said they can only deliver Tuesday 9th at 12, goods were requested on Friday 5th?? Unacceptable service and no effort to assist or rectify the matter or make the deal happen
