Work power abuse.

I was at Lalucia on Monday morning. Never in my whole life experienced such brutal behavior. A gentleman (indian) I'm not sure if he's a dedicated rep at clicks. They had an altercation with a very young lady ( machandiser ). As much as we don't know it all started but I don't think one has any right to shout at another colleague infront of customers. The young lady was just started crying because of the manner she was approached in. The gentleman was wearing a pack and stack company top. Till today I'm disappointed at such behavior infront of customers. Never abuse power at work. That was a young lady. We all have problems and I'm sure in every business there's work ethics that are followed.
